He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Riel and Simone Riel; his sister-in-law Angie Riel; and his father-in-law Julian Panas. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Riel (Robin), Julian Riel and Austin Riel; the parent of his children Tracy Riel (Warren); and his siblings, Roland Riel (Rita), Denis Riel, Richard Riel (Sharon) and Geraldine Brown (Fred). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
