He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Berezowsky and Mary Berezowsky; his brother Dr. Walter H Berezowsky (Leslie); his brother-in-law Robert Yaholnitsky; his parents-in-law, George and Jennie Kostyniuk; and his nephew Charley Berezowsky.

He is survived by: his wife Maggie; his children, Nicole (Ryan Wiggins) and Finley; his sister Mary-Ann Yaholnitsky; his nieces and nephews, Allison and Candice (Marten Sales); his brother Dennis Berezowsky (Jennifer Bailey); his children, Devin (Alethea) and Dacia (Mike Letkeman); his niece Dr. Sherrin Berezowsky (Patrick Hughes); his sister-in-law Linda Senko; his niece Kirsten (Steven Hutt); and his nephew Matthew Senko.
