She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Kozenko and Annie Kozenko; and her siblings, Mary, Irene and Peter Kozenko.

She is survived by: her husband Leon; her children, Dean (Vickie) and Lori (Ron Locke); her grandchildren, Jordan, Owen, Alyssa, Emelie and Ethan; and her brother Archie Kozenko.
