He was predeceased by: his wife Lucy Hiadachuk; his parents, Harry Hiadachuk and Anna Hiadachuk; his siblings, Dan Chura, Peter, Bill Hiadachuk, Julia, Anna, Eva and Lena; his siblings-in-law, Elmer Bolen, Mary Zbaraschuk, Nancy Karpish, Helen Denysiuk, Olga Parchomuk, Tom Denysuik, Steve Wasylenko, Frank Zbaraschuk and Nick Parchomuk; Samuel, Johanna Karpish, Peter, Bill and Bud Karpish.
He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Tkatchuk (Stephen), Debbie Hiadachuk (Glen) and Lori Parker (Robert); and his grandchildren, Chelsea, Sierra Parker, Dalisha Parker (Theo) and Luke Tkatchuk (Caitlyn).
