He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kember and Alma Kember; and his son Jeffrey. He is survived by: his wife Merle (Russell); his daughters, Lydia (Ron), Lisa and Zonya (Jim); and his grandchildren, Victoria (Michael), Austin (Melanie), Rachelle (Brad), Nelson, Isaiah (Leah), Marissa and Devon. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and 7 siblings.
