He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert Holt and Elsie Holt; and his siblings, Lloyd, Norman, Roy and Jean.

He is survived by : his wife Lena Nieckar; his siblings-in-law, Bonnie and Norman Selzer (Holt); and also Jean. He is also survived by nine Step-Children, 18 Grand Children, and three Great-Grand Children.
