He was predeceased by : his son Brett Swenson of Prince Albert, SK.; his parents, Leslie Swenson and Alma Swenson; his parents-in-law, Gord Paterson and Mae Paterson; and his brother-in-law Kelly Paterson.

He is survived by : his spouse Ruth Swenson; and his son Curtis.
