She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert "Slim" Longhurst and Nell Olson; and her brother Robert "Bob" Longhurst. She is survived by : her husband Herb Axten; her children, Laurie (Patrick), Derek (Tannis) and Senie (Kevin); her grandchildren, Reid, Kate, Brock, Owen, Tyson, Kennedy and Lincoln; and her siblings, Linda Floer (Larry), Bonnie Sheehan (David), Debrah Duval (Pierre) and Lochie Longhurst (Cindy).
