He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cleveland and Gladys Cleveland; his siblings, Frank Nichols, Grover Cleveland, Millie Meston, Luella VanAllstyne and Lloyd Cleveland; his nephew Ronald VanAllstyne; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Nichols, Ralph Meston, Wally VanAllstyne and Elmer Neddo.
He is survived by: his sister Lenora Neddo; and his sister-in-law Dolores Cleveland.
