He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Garrett and Elizabeth Garrett; his in-laws, Joseph and Ellen Morrow; and his sisters, Anna McFarlane and Mary Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Irene; his children, Brian (Crystal, family: Alex, Rowan, Dominic, Milo, Mandy, Lark, Megan), Trevor (Sandra, family: Matthew, Kade, Annabelle), Norma Loomis (Lonnie, family: Tristen, Dakota) and Clyde (Carrie, family: Clancy, Casey, Chloe); and his brother Joseph. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and brother and sister-in-laws.
