She was predeceased by: her parents, Karol Palchewich and Mary Palchewich; her sisters, Mina Kowalchuk and Jean Sliwa; and her children, Patricia, Barry and Claudette.

She is survived by: her husband Leonard; her children, Emmanuel (Patricia), Trina (Gary) and Kiley (Maria); her son-in-law Barry Hilderman; and her sister Baba. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
