She is survived by: her mother Mary Jack of Carry; her uncles, Harvey Jack and Gifford Eashappie; her aunt Linda Prettyshield; her brother Devon Jack; her cousins, Nikki Jack and Rance Netmaker; her siblings, Zane Jack and Skylar Thomson (Rance); her sons, Mathias, Messiah and Major Jack; her mother Sandra Jack; her sister Heather Palahicky; her close friend Catlin; and her aunts and uncles, Cherilyn Jackson, Kathy Jack (Orval), Elsie Jack, Sandra Jack (Jeff), Fayrol Hall (Wayne), Melda Netmaker, Susan Jack, Marvin Jack (Darlene), Bernard Jack (Joanne), Shannon Jack (Dale), Terry Jack (Illa) and Jason Jack. She is also survived by her cousins whom she took as her brothers and sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
