He was predeceased by: his parents, Brian P. Dustyhorn and Rachel Kay. He is survived by: his siblings, Calvin, Crystal (Sabin) and Courtney; and his nieces and nephews, Noah, Payton, Dymond, Klyde, Keyano, Brian, Braden and Brooklyn.
