He is survived by: his children, Ethan Worme, Shailyn Twist and Joy; his siblings, Wesley (Arvella), Deana (Harold), Laverne, Shannon, Kenneth and Clint (Chelsey); his close friends, Russell and Delainie; and his nephews, Harold (Tiny) and Devon.
