Katherine Anne Plohr Obituary
We announce the death of Katherine Anne Plohr in Raymore, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 94. Katherine will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilhelm (Bill); and her parents, Johanna Miazga and Joseph Miazga. She is survived by: her children, Edwin Plohr (Myrna Bratushesky), Sandi-Luenne Plohr (Lawrence Badgley), Dwayne Plohr and Lorena Kelly; her grandchildren, Owen, Kailey (Curtis Heintz) and Trinity; her great grandchildren, Aria and Asher; and her brother Nicholas Miazga. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (131 Queen St, Quinton, SK S0A3G0).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society or the United Nations Refugee Agency, which assists displaced civilians, including those in Ukraine.
