He is survived by : his wife Linda; his children, Jarret Sorensen (Gail), Alicia Flavel (Shawn) and Curtis Sorensen; his grandsons, Braden, Eric, Chase Flavel and Dallin Sorensen; his siblings, Marilyn Erhardt (Gerry), Cheryl Sorensen (Keith), Lana Beaudin (Tracey), Blaine Sorensen (Donna) and Terry Sorensen (Michel); and his siblings-in-law, Corinne Forbes, Karlene Murney, Jocelyn Jacobs (Bill) and Kelly John Murney.
