She is survived by: her daughters, Darcy Patterson (Terry), Shelley Vass (Carey) and Sandra Fazakas (Terry); her grandchildren, Skylar Patterson, Tristin Patterson, Matthew Vass (Rachel), Lyndon Vass, Chelsea Kelly (Brad), Courtlyn Fazakas (Brett), Brayden Fazakas (Becky) and Brooklyn Fazakas (Drew); her great grandchildren, Brandt, Gracie and Hallie; and her siblings, Adrie Ooms (Irene), Chris Ooms (Adelle), Rienus Ooms (Maureen), Adrianna Turner (Doug), Jackie Bart-Mitchell, Nelly Joa (Pat), Ellie Ackerman, Corry Deptuck (Dave) and Terri Knox (Brad).
