She was predeceased by: her daughter Doreen Cappo; her grandson Devin Cappo; her siblings, Ian Peigan, Barry Toto, Dwight Peigan, Doreen Peigan and Leona Peigan; and her parents, James Peigan (Jackman) and Mable Peigan (Keepness).
She is survived by: her husband Tom Cappo Sr.; her children, Bradley, Tom (Sheri), Bam (Cindy) and Angel Myran (Dwayne); her grandchildren, Jerome, Mitchell and Keesha; her sisters, Donna Toto, Gayle Peigan, Carol Lavallee, Jackie Watetch and Monica Goforth Peigan; her sister-in-law Rose Grey; and her brothers, James Peigan (Baldy) and Sheldon Peigan (Linda).
A wake was held on Sunday, November 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Kaniswapit Central School. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM.
