She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Kotylak and Annie Kotylak of Lipton, Sask.; and her husband Alex. She is survived by: her daughter Lynda; her granddaughter Lorie (Cory); her great grandchildren, Brock and Jake; her grandson Daniel (Jazmine); her son Terry (Shelley); her granddaughter Nola; her great grandchild Kiana; her grandson Devon; her great grandchild Ava; and her granddaughter Amy (Tom).
