She was predeceased by: her father Moses Strongeagle (Mother Edna Strongeagle); her daughter Loretta Bitternose; her grandchildren, Miranda McNab and Albert Windigo; and her brothers, William Strongeagle, Alvin Strongeagle, Robert Blind and Sidney Blind.

She is survived by: her children, Melinda Moosemay, Romona Windigo and Mark McNab (Geraldine); and her siblings, Herb Strongeagle (Joyce), Ernie Strongeagle, Herman Blind (Rita), Tony Blind (Donna Lee), Danny (Blanche), Donna Muller (Fred), Edna Blind, Laverna Blind and Austin Kay (Grace). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
