We are sad to announce that on August 31, 2025, Helen Garnier (Redvers, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lucien; her parents, Gordon Matthewson and Elizabeth Matthewson; her parents-in-law, Armand and Dorothy Garnier; her siblings, Lawrence, Donald (Rita), Carman, Edward (Eleanore), Harvey, Ivan (Helen) and Lorraine Smyth (George); and her sister-in-law Marie Matthewson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Clayton Toms (Jocelyne), Donavyn, Mia, Caleb, Colby Toms (Cianna), Reya, Colsen, Landon Toms (Ashley), Zach, Emily, Teneille Toms, Jared Garnier (Karly), Faye, Will, Chantelle Gervais (Todd), Regan, Brynn, Kenna, Charisse Bauche (Thomas), Irelyn, Henley, Maddyn and Tripp; her brother Bill Matthewson; and her in-laws, Georgette Matthewson, Donna Matthewson, Harvey, Marge Garnier, Con, Jeannine Carriere, Sonny and Marilynn Garnier. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
