He is survived by: his grandchildren, Hilda Pope, Keen and George Maier; his wife Sunanta; his son Eathen; his parents, David Klein and Cheryl Bouchard; his sister Annette Klein (Dan); his nieces, Emily and Olivia; his siblings, Devin Klein (Erin) and Jenna Klein; his parents-in-law, Nong and Larry Cook; his siblings-in-law, Alyssa Cook (Matty Hopkins) and Pia Khumkan (Sabrina); and his nephew Liam. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Adam's memory to the Canadian CJD Foundation to support research into this rare and devastating disease.
