He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis and Julia; and his siblings, Joe (Judy), Minnie Kish (John), Ellis (Ethel), Beth, Robert "Bob" and Margaret Bozsik (John).

He is survived by: his daughter Sheri Dent (Paul); his grandsons, Brandon of Australia and Ryan of Australia; and his sister-in-law Marilyn. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, their families and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Albert's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
