He was predeceased by: his parents, John Karchut and Polly Karchut. He is survived by: his wife Merle; and his children, Jay Box (Donna), Rick Karchut (Carmen), Randy Karchut (Natasha), Tim Karchut (Kim), Dawn Vennard (Lyle), Anita Karchut, Debbie Beer (Barry) and Cindy Cameron. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
