Allen Engel Obituary
We announce the death of Allen Engel (Regina, Saskatchewan), who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 93. Allen will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Allen will be remembered for the impact he had on the lives of those around him. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Allen will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture his life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Allen’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued his companionship.
He was predeceased by: his son Randy; and his parents, Emil Engel and Charlotte Engel. He is survived by: his children, Rick Engel (Adrienne Cottrell), Peggy Braun Thomas (Alan Thomas) and Kathryn Engel McCoshen (Doug Romanuk); and his brother Leroy Engel (Betty).
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Parliament Community Church (4011 Pasqua St, Regina, SK S4S6C8).
