He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Matychuk and Rose Matychuk (Rosalie Heshka). He is survived by: his children, Justin Matychuk (Sara Cheeseman), James Matychuk (Shyla Kilmury) and Jamie-Lee Matychuk (Randy Hilderman); and his grandchildren, Abby Matychuk, Kylie Matychuk and Mackenzie Matychuk.
