C.; his daughter Shelley Smith of Calgary Alberta; his sister Doris Kidd; his niece Tammy Reback of Winnipeg Manitoba; his stepson Darrell Holvick (Kristine); and his stepgrandchildren, Jake, Gavin and Carter of Castle Rock, Colorado..
