He was predeceased by: his wife Anne Doreen McEathron; his parents, Magnus Field and Ida Field; and his siblings, Reginald, Theodore, Godfred, Rhoda Antonsen and Ingrid Fettes.

He is survived by: his children, Joy Anne Pearce (Carlos Ortiz) and Erick Field (Helena); his granddaughters, Jessica and Jennifer Pearce (John); and his brothers, Osborne, Ervin and Clifford. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
