He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Thompson and Phyllis Thompson; and his brother Mark. He is survived by: his wife Jana; his children, Nicole (Brad) and Cory; his stepdaughters, Chelsea (Denis) and Morgan; his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Reese, Mikhail, Jackson and Julie; and his siblings, Bonnie Frank (Lorne), Brad Thompson and Darcy Thompson (Colleen).
