He was predeceased by: his parents, Patricia Christiansen and Sonny Christiansen. He is survived by: his children, Cordelle (Kayla), Michael, Dustin and Rylie; his sisters, Marnie (Cory) and Niki (Edward); and his half-sisters, Sonja and Dayna.
