She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Harold and Gladys Longden; husband: John (Ian) Watt Thomson; daughters: Heather (Steven Mazurak) and Gaynor (Brian Morrow); grandchildren: Lee (Rob Penner) Mazurak, Jackie (Craig) Rude, Andrew (Alana) Mazurak and Nick (Jill) Mazurak; great-grandchildren: Ben and Easton Penner, Paige, Addyson and Sadie Rude, Ayla, Juniper and Reuben Mazurak, and Witt and Autumn Mazurak; brother: Graham (Ethnie) Longden; sister: June (Jim) Brown; nephew: David Brown; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Speers Funeral Chapel (2136 College Ave, Regina, SK S4P1C5).
Donations in her memory may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Regina, the Regina Humane Society or Hospitals of Regina. However, any charity you choose will be appropriate, as Brenda supported many.
