He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia Halbgewachs (Minnie) and George Halbgewachs; his brothers, Alvey (Cecile) and Donald; and his in-laws, Bill and Lillian McAdam (Skip).

He is survived by: his wife Lorrie; his sons, Garret (Delila) and Craig (Kara); and his grandchildren, Jaden (Keyten), Garred, Hunter and Hadlee. He is also survived by two brothers, four sisters, numerous brother and sisters-in law as well as nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
