He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ives; his grandchildren, Sarah Dobko (Mark), Meghan Reichert (Derek) and Matthew Sych (Larissa); his parents, Blanche Sych and Gordon Sych; his sister Dr. Karen Marushak (Monty); and his nephew Josh Marshall (Jordan). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
