He was predeceased by : his wife Kathy; his daughter Melissa; and his parents, John and Ruth. He is survived by : his children, Hollis (Jenny), Jenny and Sherry; his grandchildren, Chenoa, Taegan and Kadence; and his siblings, Sheila, Bert, Neil (Ava) and Gaylene (Dennis). He is also survived by his extended family and friends.
