It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Marie Riggs of Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 1, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman "Bud" and Louise "Lucy"; and her siblings, Judy, Julie and Wayne.
She is survived by : her husband Sean; her siblings, Gloria (Michael), Lyle (Bernardine) and Rhonda (Mark); and her sister-in-law Cheryl. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews along with many family and friends.
