Catharina Mayall Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catharina Mayall (Regina, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Catharina farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Catharina is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alida and Johan; her sister Wilhelmina; and her husband John (Rail). She is survived by: her children, Linda (David), Susan, Stephen (Melanie) and Michelle (Chris); and her siblings, Agnes and Charlie. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren.
Catharina generously gave to several charities throughout her life so we ask that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vancouver Union Gospel Mission, The Salvation Army or Doctors Without Borders.
