He is survived by: his wife Doris; his daughters, Lorraine and Marilyn; his grandson Thayne Bulych (Andrea); his great grandchildren, Joie and Paisley; his grandchildren, Devon Stout and Cristi Frank; and his niece Eileen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
