With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Cheryl Elizabeth (Sherry Ashdown) Lorayne Cameron in Regina, Saskatchewan, born in Toronto, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2025 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elsie and Roy (Shirley); Elizabeth (Betty). She is survived by: her husband Steve; her stepchild Arianna (Michelle); her son Parker (Princess); her siblings, Gay (Bob), Farrell and Jason (Tara); her brother-in-law Bob (Kim); her siblings' children, John, Anne (Steve), Dougie (Sarah), Alex, Roberta (Matt), Koen and Grace; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Amellea, Addison, Briar, Jeremy, Joshua, James and Alexandra; and her cousins, Sandy (Wayne), Lynn (Rick), Donna (Geoff), Cindy (Bob), Colleen (Michael) and Jamie (Michele).
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 10th 2026 at 4:15 PM at the McEvoy-Shields Funeral Home and Chapel (1411 Hunt Club Rd, Ottawa, ON K1V1A6).
