He was predeceased by: his parents, Christian Sr. and Elizabeth; his siblings, Carl, Anna and Eileen; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Hanson, Walter Adolphe, Walter Weber, Paul Hanus, Berniece Brenner and Joan Brenner.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes; his children, Natalie Brenner (June) of Regina, SK, Justin of Calgary, AB and RaeAnn Henshaw (Morgan) of Regina, SK; his grandchildren, Avery, Teo, Noah and Bronwyn; his siblings, Betty Adolphe, Lorraine Weber, Hildegarde Hanson, Beverly Maier, Irvin and Elmer; and his brother-in-law Stan Chan Choong. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Foundation of Canada are greatly appreciated.
