With solemn reverence, we commemorate Darrel Jones (Regina, Saskatchewan), whose life came to an end on July 15, 2024 at the age of 74, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Jones and John Jones (Jack); his stepmother Dolly Jones; his siblings, Jack Jones and Rayne Garnsey; and his in-laws, Frank and Grace Quinn.

He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughter Susan Black (Trevor); his grandchildren, Sarah, Ethan and Megan; his son Trevor (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Avery and Quinn; and his sister Karen Kunkler (Harold). He is also survived by his sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many beloved friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cardiac Care Units at Regina General Hospital c/o the Hospitals of Regina Foundation, #225 - 1874 Scarth Street, Regina SK S4P 4B3, the SaskTel Pioneers, 12th Floor, 2121 Saskatchewan Dr, Regina, SK S4P 3Y2 or a charity of your choice.

“I will always cherish the many memories I have of Del and my dad together up to their crazy antic's of denture glue in their shoes, to endless hours of crib and non stop laughing. Del and Judy attended my wedding in Maui and was the presenter of our curling provincial trophy in 2008. It filled my mother and my heart to have Del present that to us as my dad was no longer there to share in the celebration with us - but Del was the perfect person to be there in his absence! RIP Del - we love you!”
