He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Sophie; and his sisters, Marian Jakubowski and Monia Collins. He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Kim (Kim), Kevin (Dawn) and Andrea (Mike); his grandsons, Brendan, Blake and Michael; his great grandchild Bentley; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Jakubowski (Toni) and Debbie Eistetter.
