The family announces the passing of David Allan Thauberger (Regina, Saskatchewan) on August 27, 2026. David, born on June 26, 1948 in Holdfast, Saskatchewan, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. David will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour David by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though David is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. David’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Adeline; and his siblings, Mary Ann, John, Harvey and Keith.
He is survived by: his wife Veronica "Ronnie" Pawliw; and his sons, Jonathan (Trena) and Christopher (Carolyn).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Crave Kitchen & Wine Bar (1925 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4P0R3).
Friends, colleagues, artists and members of the community are welcome to join Ronnie and those who knew and loved David in celebrating his life and remarkable contribution to the arts.
