He was predeceased by: his wife Efstathia (Stathoula); his parents, Theodoros and Stavroula; his brother George; and his son Mixahl.

He is survived by: his children, Ted Kalmoukis (Amanda) and Voula Constantinides (Demos); and his grandchildren, Stelios, Elise and Dimitrios. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jim's memory to St. Paul's Greek Orthodox Church.
