He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Chaput (Doris) and Gladys Bearss (Terrance); his in-laws, Paul and Jean Hlavka; his sisters, Susan Chaput and Kim Chaput; his stepsister Arlene Ross; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Storle and Loreen Yanko.
He is survived by: his wife Verlene; his daughters, Crystal and Nicole (Daniel); his grandson Connor; his brother Terry Yanko; his stepsisters, Tara Paul (Baron) and Patsy Bearss-Chouinard (Ray); his brothers-in-law, Chuck Storle, Harvey Hlavka (Sharon), Murray Hlavka (Carrie) and Jim Ross; and his aunt Lola Fowler. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
