He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie; his parents, August Gammel and Rosie Gammel; his parents-in-law, Fraser and Hilda Bleackley; his siblings, Les Gammel and Rose Wessner; his grandson Christopher Gammel; and his son-in-law Bob Sisco.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Breker (Leon), Wayne Gammel (Connie) and Gail Sisco (Lionel Perra); his siblings, Lloyd Gammel (Myrna) and Joyce Lapointe (Art); his sisters-in-law, Barb Rackham and Marj Gammel; and his grandchildren, Angela Welliver (Joel), Christa Hembroff (Marty), Janine Weisgarber, Ashley Smith (Dallyn), Shawna Sisco, Connor Sisco (Melissa), Courtney Sisco and Megan Herber (Dave). He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
