He was predeceased by: his son David Jason. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia of Regina; his son Braden; his daughter-in-law Samereh of Calgary; his grandchildren, Ethan and Radin; his great grandchild Justin; Svetlana of Winnipeg, Benjamin, Nikolas and Helena.
In lieu of flowers, the family would ask for a donation to the Parkinson's Foundation of Canada in Don's name.
