She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Scarfe; her parents, Mel Hedlund and Elsie Hedlund; her aunt Mabel; and her siblings-in-law, Wes Gradin, Jack, Shirley Scarfe, Albert, Hazel Scarfe, Sharon and Joe Prpick.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne (Darcy); her granddaughter Grace; and her siblings, Delores Gradin, Verna Gray (Don), David Hedlund (Marilyn), Sharon MacKay (Ron) and Will Hedlund (Jenny). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family asks that guests wear a mask.
Much of her life was spent in service of others and so we ask that, in lieu of flowers, please honor Donna's memory by donating to REACH (Regina Education and Action on Child Hunger) or by finding another way make the world a more gentle and inclusive place.
