Doreen Pickering Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doreen Pickering (Regina, Saskatchewan), who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Browatzke and Hazel Browatzke; her daughter Debbie Hamilton; her sister Helen Friesen; her niece Katherine Arndt; her sister Joyce; her siblings-in-law, John Zanger and Sharon Browatzke; her foster brother Ross Dahl; and her foster children, Shannon Deegan, Lyndon Whiteman and Crystar Okeeweehow.
She is survived by: her brother Jim Browatzke; her children, Vic Pickering (Drena), Bonnie Brezinsky (Robert), Lana Buschow (Oliver), Terry Pickering (Angela), Taylor Pickering (Caly) and Laurie Zawalski (Richard); and her foster children, Kevin Lyle Friesen (Michelle), Warren Smoker, Patricia Zastre, Christopher Whiteman, Cheri Deegan, Jason Strathdee, Newton Whiteman, Roxanne Shingoose, Ashley and Allysa Okeeweehow. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
