He was predeceased by: his parents, Ken and Marline; and his brother Bob. He is survived by: his siblings, Kim Kurtz, Deb Ferguson (Roy) and Pat Banks (Michelle). He is also survived by nephews and nieces, great nephews and nieces, an uncle, numerous cousins, and friends.
