She was predeceased by: her siblings, Jean (Edwin), Grace (Bill), Helen (Earl), Alec and Watson (Loretta).

She is survived by: her sons, Barry (Dianne) of Victoria, Keith (Jan) of Tyvan and Preston (Gail) of Regina; her grandchildren, Erin (Sean), Graham (Sarah), Jason (Tracey), Jessica, Kendi (Derek), Blade (Becky), Daniel, Spencer (Hayden) and Sam; and her husband Girvin Young. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers those wishing may make a donation to the Canadian Diabetes Association, or the Canadian Cancer Society.
